I recently tried the new WESTbahn ticket shop and was left disappointed. While the website promises quick access to tickets and schedules, the interface is confusing and not user-friendly. I struggled to find the information I needed, and there were frequent errors during checkout. The selection of discounts felt limited and unclear, leaving me frustrated. Overall, my experience was far from seamless. I expected better service and functionality, especially for a new platform. I won’t be using it again.
